Originally from North Carolina, Liz graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh and later relocated to the Lake Norman area to be closer to family and start her own. She and her husband have two boys, Alex (19) and Andrew (17), and a sweet dog Holly.

After transitioning from the business world to focus on raising her children, Liz devoted several years to the fitness and health industry before working with young children in preschool and volunteering at her church.

Liz enjoys exercising, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
