Kristie earned her bachelor’s degree in history and her M. ED in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. After spending nearly 18 years in various higher education administration positions at San Diego State University, she decided to be a full-time mom after moving to Davidson, NC in 2021. Now that her daughter is school-aged, Kristie is excited to begin her work at DUMC Preschool. 

Kristie lives in Davidson with her husband, Tim, and their daughter, Lille. Lille attended preschool at DUMC. Kristie loves to travel, hike, and was recently inducted into the Texas A&M University Athletics Hall of Fame for her accomplishments as a volleyball student-athlete.
