Carrie has been married to her husband Rich for 31 years and has been a stay-at-home mom for 23 years.  She has three sons: Carter 23, Brady 21, and Logan 16.  Carter just got back from college and is home finishing graduate school.  Brady is at home taking flight lessons to become a pilot, and Logan is a Junior at Lake Norman High School.  Over the years Carrie has mostly worked at home for her husband's Chiropractic office.  She also has experience as the Lead Toddler Teacher at another United Methodist Church Preschool in Iredell County. 

They are a huge baseball family — Carter played Division 1 college baseball for 6 years and was in the MLB draft, but a shoulder injury ended that.  And Logan is heavily into travel and high school baseball (Carrie is one of the team mom's for the high school team!).
